WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?
All orders placed before noon Mon-Fri will be despatched the same day (except national and bank holidays), for delivery the next working day. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email with a copy of your order invoice and the tracking details for your parcel. If you live outside UK mainland delivery can take up to 2 working days.

HOW FAR WILL MY RADIO REACH / WHAT'S THE RANGE?
The range of a radio depends on the environment it is used in. Some manufacturers stipulate a range of km on their products but this is always the very best case scenario and often customers are met with disappointment after purchase. Please be aware that there are many factors that can interfere with the range of any radio, such as concrete and steel in buildings and vehicles, electrical generation from pylons and other sources, obstacles such as buildings, trees, hils, mountains etc, even weather conditions can interfere with range. We offer you the following honest estimate based on our customers own experience, which is a more realistic comparison than manufacturer field tests.
License Free Radios: 1/4-1/2 mile in vehicles or buildings; 1/2-1 mile in built up areas; 1-2 miles in wide open spaces.
Licensed Radios: 1/2-1 mile in vehicles or buildings; 2-3 miles in bult up areas; 3-9 miles in wide open spaces.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you need to return a product for any reason please CONTACT US FIRST. If you have ordered an item incorrectly it is your reponsibility to return the item, UNUSED and in it's original condition and packaging. You will be refunded less the original cost of carriage. If you have received a faulty item it is your responsibility to return the item, and upon testing we will repair or replace, and refund you the return postage, provided the fault is not due to customer misuse.
