Personal Data Processing
RadioPro will process the information you give when placing your order to fulfil dispatch and keep accurate financial records. We will hold your Name and Address and any Telephone Number and/or Email Address you give and produce an invoice based on this information. Our lawful basis for processing this information is a legal obligation to keep accurate accounting records. This information is kept on file for a period of 6 years in compliance with requirements from HMRC. Thereafter it is deleted. This information is kept securely within our accounting software, accessible only to staff members with the appropriate login and password.
The address and any contact number given is shared with the courier company in order to fulfil delivery of your order, and in some cases with the supplier if the order is to be drop shipped. This information is treated as confidential according to their own information security policies. This information is not shared with any other recipient.
If you sign up to our newsletter / mailing list, your email address will be kept securely, separate to our accounting software, accessible only to staff members with the appropriate login and password. This information will be used solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter and is not passed on to any recipient. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter you receive.
After you have received your order you will receive a courtesy email wherein you can opt in to receive our newsletter if you wish. You will also receive a request to leave feedback on your recent order and experience with us. You may also receive emails from time to time with information relating to the products you purchased from us, however if you wish not to receive further information from us, just click the unsubscribe link in any of these email messages.
Customer Rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you at any time. You will have to provide sufficient proof that you are the account holder upon requesting the information. RadioPro endeavours to respond to these requests within 14 days. You may select the information in paper form or electronic format.
You have the right to rectify any information we hold about you at any time if it is found to be incorrect. RadioPro endeavours to rectify the information within 14 days of the initial request.
You have the right to have your Telephone Number and/or Email Address that you provided at the initial order stage; or when joining our mailing list; to be deleted. Any other information has to be kept to maintain accurate financial records as stated under the section “Personal Data Processing” above.
