Orders placed via our website can be paid for using PayPal or by credit / debit card during the checkout process. Payment processing is handled via secure web pages which use 128bit SSL and are PCI:DSS Level 1 compliant – the highest level of card security, giving customers complete peace of mind. Please note that RadioPro card processing is handled by Stripe or PayPal and no card details are held by RadioPro. You can also pay over the phone by card, or pay by bank transfer, selecting this option during checkout.
When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is not available we will advise you via email or telephone and give you the option of leaving the item on back order; offering the closest alternative or cancelling the order.  RadioPro reserves the right to cancel any sale and not supply any products if it is deemed reasonable to do so, and may change, or discontinue, the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You can cancel your order any time up until the order has been dispatched. Once you have received confirmation the order has been dispatched you will have to wait for the order to be delivered before beginning the return procedure. To return an item, please follow the directions given at the end of this page under the heading “Returns”.
All prices quoted on this website are in UK pounds sterling, and applicable VAT is clearly stated prior to checkout. No orders will be dispatched until full payment is received. A full VAT invoice will be sent with your order or emailed to you after dispatch.

Cards must be registered in the UK or EU to fulfill 3D Secure payment requirements. You MUST use PayPal at checkout if your card is not registered in the UK.  Payments that don’t fulfill our security checks will be refunded and your order cancelled.
We aim to keep the RadioPro website as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. If a product is not available we will advise you via email or telephone, and give you the option of leaving the item on back order; offering you the closest alternative or cancelling the order. We endeavor to find the most suitable solution according to the customer’s wishes.
For orders placed through the RadioPro website, we can only deliver to addresses within the UK. For destinations outside of the UK, please purchase through our Ebay Shop.
We aim to ship all orders placed before noon the same working day. Orders received after this will be sent the next working day. Shipping and Handling in the UK is charged for orders up to £100, free of charge thereafter. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Ireland will be charged on a weight basis. RadioPro offers next day delivery via DPD couriers or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. All items are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers operate between 8am and 5pm. Orders received before 12pm (noon) will generally be dispatched the same (working) day.  
If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. Re-delivery will be charged if you are at fault.
RadioPro offers a 30 day no quibble return policy under the Distance Selling Regulations Act. If you change your mind after receiving your order you can return the items, UNUSED and in their original condition and packaging, and we will issue a full refund, less any original cost of carriage. If the items show any signs of wear or use, a partial refund will be given. Customer must pay the return costs, these will not be refunded.
New radios carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty will be void for any items that have been subject to abuse or misuse. Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. We must be advised of any faulty goods as soon as possible upon the receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
We try to deal with returns as quickly as possible but please ensure you CONTACT US before returning any item as this speeds the process up.
