Shipping policy

For orders placed through the RadioPro website, we can only deliver to addresses within the UK. For destinations outside of the UK, please purchase through our Ebay Shop.
 
We aim to ship all orders placed before noon the same working day. Orders received after this will be sent the next working day. Shipping and Handling in the UK is charged for orders up to £250, free of charge thereafter. Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Ireland will be charged on a weight basis. RadioPro offers next day delivery via DPD couriers or Royal Mail Tracked 48. All items are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers operate between 8am and 5pm. Orders received before 12pm (noon) will generally be dispatched the same (working) day.  
 
If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and the products will be stored for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. Re-delivery will be charged if you are at fault.
