The Mitex throat microphone fits around the neck and picks up the users voice from vibrations in the voice box, giving clear audio transmission. With an acoustic tube earpiece to ensure clearer audio reception, making it ideal for noisy environments. The vibration pickup mic comes complete with an inline push to talk plus an additional optional finger PTT that can be worn down the sleeve and Velcro strapped round the finger for discreet and relatively hands-free operation. Don't buy this would be my advice

Although a nice idea, I think this product simply doesn't work. I bought this to use with dragon dictate but the sound quality is so poor that, when I listened to playback, I could barely make out anything said. Dragon dictate reported sound quality too poor despite various attempts (and Dragon can work with some rubbish microphones). It is described as a vibration pick-up but from the very bad quality of the sound it seems more like they have encased an ordinary microphone in plastic so you can wear it around your neck (on a non-adjustable plastic band). In my opinion this is not fit for purpose.
