This 'dispatch' application is the command and control center for your communications. You can install it on your desktop or laptop computer or on an iPad for more mobile operations.

With all the functions of the T Flex software, you can control and communicate your entire fleet from one screen. You can also set up functions such as "geo-fencing" to alert you when a user leaves a specified area - a handy option if you need to ensure your devices are not taken out of the building at the end of the day. There is also the option of "Guard Tour" if you have security patrolled perimeters or a regular route that you can monitor with pre-set expected time intervals for each checkpoint.

IS THIS SOFTWARE RIGHT FOR YOU?

1. This software is renewed every 12 months so you need to evaluate the ongoing costs. If a control center is not essential to your communications then the T Flex software for handheld devices may be sufficient as a more economical option.
2. If guaranteed secure long range communications is not essential for your requirements then a more standard digital two-way radio such as the Mitex General DMR may be a more suitable option.
